What’s the size of those blue SMD LEDs that are on BBB? 1206? 0805?

The hardware files for the BBB are available here. On page 6 of the schematic, the part number listed for the four user LEDs is LTST-C191TBKT. Digikey has those available here. As Bas mentioned, they are indeed 0603.
