Will BeagleY AI work with a microSD card larger than 32 GB?

Will the BeagleY AI work with a microSD card larger than 32 GB? The ones I have are the Samsung Pro 128 GB cards - very fast.

@znmeb it should, let us know if it doesn’t. For real high speed, pcie/nvme is an option.

Regards,

Thanks! I will probably go the NVME route eventually but I’m still prototyping software. My application is not computer vision so I’m mostly focused on keeping the accelerators busy rather than I/O stuff.

I haven’t tried the BeagleY AI yet, but from what I’ve heard, it should handle microSD cards larger than 32 GB without a hitch. Your Samsung Pro 128 GB cards sound like they’d be perfect, especially with their speed. Just remember to format the card properly before popping it into the BeagleY AI.

I often use 128GB or 256GB cards. I have even tried a 2 TB card!

The biggest I’ve ever used it 512 GB - that’s like 725 CDs worth of music!
