I am new in this branch. Is it possible to run Windowsxp embedded on
Beagle Board. If yes , is anywhere how to with windowsxp on beagle
board?

Windows XP embedded is only for x86 processors - Intel and AMD.
The Beagleboard is based upon the TI ARM processor - no flavor of
Windows XP will run on it.
Perhaps Windows 8 (embedded) may in a few years...
