I have a BeagleV-Fire and I used a Tag-Connect with FlashPro5 programmer to program the board from Libero, but now I cannot access Linux on the BVF. I believe I wiped the HSS from the board. How can I put the HSS and Linux back on the board?

Did you connect to the debug port and see if it’s indeed not outputting anything?
Well, in any case, just use the FP5 and upload a known-good project.
That should have you back up and running in no time.
You don’t have to worry about u-boot or linux. Those are safely tugged away on the eMMC.
